今(jin)年4月,由(you)我(wo)院與中國鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)濟(ji)南局集團(tuan)有限(xian)公(gong)司安(an)監室、中國鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)濟(ji)南局集團(tuan)有限(xian)公(gong)司電(dian)務處、濟(ji)南鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)公(gong)安(an)局、山東神戎電(dian)子(zi)股份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司、神思(si)電(dian)子(zi)技術股份(fen)有限(xian)公(gong)司等多家單(dan)位企業(ye)聯合開發的“鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)安(an)全視頻監控和智能(neng)分析系統(tong)”(項目編(bian)號:2017Z12-T)通過技術評(ping)審,獲得(de)濟(ji)南鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)局科技進步獎。

“鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)安全(quan)(quan)視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)和智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)分析(xi)系(xi)統(tong)”是(shi)中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)濟(ji)南局集團(tuan)有(you)限公司2017年(nian)科技研究開發調(diao)整(zheng)計劃課題項目(mu)。本研究通過(guo)對高(gao)速鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻周(zhou)(zhou)界(jie)入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)現(xian)(xian)狀調(diao)研分析(xi),研究高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)周(zhou)(zhou)界(jie)防(fang)護環(huan)境中(zhong)全(quan)(quan)天(tian)候(hou)(hou),尤(you)其是(shi)夜(ye)(ye)視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)條件下(xia)的視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)圖(tu)(tu)像智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)模(mo)式識別技術,提出了基(ji)(ji)于熱成像與(yu)(yu)激光攝(she)像聯(lian)動技術的視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻圖(tu)(tu)像監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)方案(an)與(yu)(yu)基(ji)(ji)于深度學習技術的入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)算法的智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)模(mo)式識別方案(an)。該系(xi)統(tong)可在滿足日常視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)的基(ji)(ji)礎上,通過(guo)在視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻畫面上設置需要重點(dian)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)的周(zhou)(zhou)界(jie)入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)區域,實現(xian)(xian)視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻周(zhou)(zhou)界(jie)入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)功能(neng),實現(xian)(xian)全(quan)(quan)天(tian)候(hou)(hou)晝夜(ye)(ye)全(quan)(quan)覆蓋、具有(you)高(gao)準確度低誤報(bao)率與(yu)(yu)低漏(lou)報(bao)率的人員入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)與(yu)(yu)火警(jing)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)分析(xi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)、周(zhou)(zhou)界(jie)入(ru)(ru)(ru)侵(qin)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)功能(neng),實現(xian)(xian)自動告警(jing)與(yu)(yu)無(wu)人值守的鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)安全(quan)(quan)視(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)。
多年來,學(xue)院(yuan)以(yi)服務軌道交通為己任,致力于鐵(tie)路相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)專(zhuan)業的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)和(he)科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)工作(zuo)(zuo),注重科(ke)(ke)技(ji)創新(xin)和(he)人才培養模式的(de)(de)(de)創新(xin),為各大路局(ju)和(he)鐵(tie)路相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)單(dan)位培養了大量的(de)(de)(de)骨(gu)干技(ji)術人才,并積極(ji)承擔相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)研(yan)(yan)發工作(zuo)(zuo)。學(xue)院(yuan)和(he)鐵(tie)路相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)研(yan)(yan)發機構、地方科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)院(yuan)所通力合作(zuo)(zuo),科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)成績突出(chu)(chu),碩(shuo)果累累。學(xue)院(yuan)也將繼續(xu)就科(ke)(ke)研(yan)(yan)等事項與相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)(guan)研(yan)(yan)發機構合作(zuo)(zuo),以(yi)期取得更為突出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)成績。
