為進一步加強工作(zuo)統籌,推(tui)動工作(zuo)落實,7月(yue)11日,學(xue)院(yuan)召開優質校建設(she)推(tui)進會(hui)暨2018年(nian)上半年(nian)工作(zuo)總結會(hui),黨委書記王榮昌主持會(hui)議(yi)(yi),學(xue)院(yuan)領(ling)導、優質校各項目組有關同(tong)志(zhi),學(xue)生處、招生就業(ye)處、財務(wu)處、資產(chan)管理處、總務(wu)處、安全保衛處有關同(tong)志(zhi)參加會(hui)議(yi)(yi)。
會議聽取了優質校項(xiang)目整體建(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),9個(ge)項(xiang)目組(zu)建(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),資(zi)產采購、資(zi)金支(zhi)出進展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)及有關職(zhi)能部(bu)門上半年工作(zuo)落實情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)的匯報,分析了當前優質校建(jian)設及學生(sheng)管理、安全穩定等工作(zuo)存(cun)在的問題和不足(zu),對做好下一步工作(zuo)進行了安排部(bu)署。
會議(yi)認為,今(jin)年以(yi)(yi)來特別(bie)是(shi)上次優(you)(you)質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建設專題會議(yi)以(yi)(yi)來,各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)組按(an)照進(jin)度(du)安排和會議(yi)要求群策群力(li)、加班(ban)加點(dian)開(kai)展(zhan)建設工作,有些(xie)任務(wu)目(mu)標(biao)已(yi)經(jing)超計劃完(wan)成(cheng),有些(xie)完(wan)成(cheng)難度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的(de)工作項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)已(yi)經(jing)找到了替代方案(an),整(zheng)個(ge)建設工作取得(de)了較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為顯著的(de)成(cheng)績。但目(mu)前優(you)(you)質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建設進(jin)度(du)不均衡(heng),有些(xie)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)展(zhan)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)為緩慢,資(zi)產(chan)招投標(biao)、資(zi)金支出滯后,有些(xie)任務(wu)建設現狀(zhuang)距離目(mu)標(biao)差(cha)距較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da),個(ge)別(bie)建設項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)瓶頸問(wen)題仍(reng)未解決。相對于建成(cheng)國內領先、國際先進(jin)的(de)優(you)(you)質高(gao)職院校(xiao)的(de)目(mu)標(biao)而言,我校(xiao)的(de)建設壓力(li)仍(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)大(da)、困(kun)難仍(reng)較(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)多,必須依靠(kao)創(chuang)新(xin)開(kai)拓新(xin)思路,依靠(kao)苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出新(xin)成(cheng)效。
會議要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),一是優(you)勢力量聚焦優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao),把優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)學(xue)院(yuan)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。各(ge)單位(wei)(部門(men)(men))要(yao)(yao)服(fu)(fu)從、服(fu)(fu)務于優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)大(da)局,把精(jing)力向優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)集中(zhong),統(tong)(tong)一思(si)(si)想、統(tong)(tong)一步調、統(tong)(tong)一行動,全力以赴做好這項工作(zuo)(zuo)。年終考(kao)核中(zhong)加大(da)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)工作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)比重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化正向激勵,努力形成(cheng)干(gan)事創(chuang)業的(de)良好氛圍。二是瞄準重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標(biao)(biao),在提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)上下功夫。把建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)國家(jia)級(ji)(ji)、省(sheng)級(ji)(ji)標(biao)(biao)志性成(cheng)果和(he)技(ji)術服(fu)(fu)務到款額、科技(ji)成(cheng)果轉(zhuan)化等(deng)具有橫(heng)向可比性的(de)量化指標(biao)(biao)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian),進一步解放思(si)(si)想,針(zhen)對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)指標(biao)(biao)和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)難(nan)(nan)點(dian)問題(ti)切實拿出(chu)真招、實招、硬招,破解建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)難(nan)(nan)題(ti),提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)效(xiao)。三是把握暑假(jia)關(guan)鍵節點(dian),推(tui)動建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)果再上新臺(tai)階。各(ge)項目組要(yao)(yao)利用暑期時間(jian)充足的(de)優(you)勢,集眾人之力、匯眾人之智,集中(zhong)攻關(guan)解決難(nan)(nan)題(ti)。各(ge)單位(wei)(部門(men)(men))要(yao)(yao)樹立一盤(pan)棋的(de)思(si)(si)想,通力配(pei)合、全力支持(chi)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo),對建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中(zhong)遇到的(de)問題(ti),要(yao)(yao)主(zhu)動協助解決,推(tui)動建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)項目順利進行。
會(hui)議(yi)認為(wei)(wei),今年(nian)以來各(ge)有關職能(neng)處室按照年(nian)初工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)點(dian),做了(le)大量(liang)卓有成(cheng)效的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)(wei)優質校建設(she)提(ti)供了(le)有力(li)保障,但仍存在(zai)一些薄弱環節(jie),需進一步(bu)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)。會(hui)議(yi)要(yao)(yao)求,一是做實做細學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特(te)點(dian)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)分(fen)類管理(li)(li),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)紀(ji)律意識,提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵守紀(ji)律法制的(de)自覺性。抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)養成(cheng)教育,培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)良(liang)好(hao)(hao)的(de)衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)習(xi)慣、節(jie)能(neng)環保習(xi)慣等(deng)。二是抓(zhua)牢抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)安(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全教育,排(pai)除安(an)(an)全隱患(huan),提(ti)高(gao)師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處理(li)(li)突發事件的(de)能(neng)力(li),打(da)造平安(an)(an)校園(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)(wei)優質校建設(she)營(ying)造安(an)(an)全穩(wen)定的(de)校園(yuan)(yuan)環境(jing)。把(ba)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)全工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)納入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)全管理(li)(li)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)內容(rong),配備充足(zu)人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)日常管理(li)(li),確(que)保學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)活動順(shun)利完成(cheng)。三是安(an)(an)排(pai)部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)(hao)假期工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。暑(shu)(shu)期優質校項(xiang)(xiang)目建設(she)、綜(zong)合改革、校園(yuan)(yuan)基礎(chu)設(she)施(shi)整修等(deng)任(ren)務(wu)(wu)繁(fan)重(zhong),外出培(pei)訓的(de)領導干部(bu)(bu)也比較多,假前各(ge)單位(部(bu)(bu)門)負(fu)責(ze)人要(yao)(yao)提(ti)前安(an)(an)排(pai)部(bu)(bu)署好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),確(que)保各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利進行。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)門之間也要(yao)(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)協(xie)調溝通,打(da)好(hao)(hao)配合戰,為(wei)(wei)暑(shu)(shu)期各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)順(shun)利開(kai)展提(ti)供便利服務(wu)(wu)。
