自新型(xing)冠狀病毒感染的(de)疫(yi)情發(fa)現以來(lai),我院(yuan)嚴格(ge)落(luo)實(shi)教育部和(he)山(shan)東(dong)省委、省政府及省教育廳(ting)有關(guan)通知要求,把師生的(de)生命安全和(he)身體健康(kang)放在第一位,網上網下(xia)“雙線戰‘疫(yi)’”,護航學生平安。
宣傳引導,服從大局。一是下發了(le)《致全體(ti)(ti)輔導(dao)員、班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)的一封(feng)信》《致全體(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的一封(feng)信》《致全體(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)疫(yi)情防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)工(gong)作(zuo)的告知書》和《疫(yi)情預防(fang)(fang)(fang)指南(nan)》等通知,號召全體(ti)(ti)輔導(dao)員、班(ban)主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)落(luo)(luo)實(shi)責任(ren)到位(wei)、落(luo)(luo)實(shi)措(cuo)施(shi)到位(wei)、落(luo)(luo)實(shi)自(zi)己到位(wei),做(zuo)(zuo)到疫(yi)情防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)不(bu)(bu)僥(jiao)幸(xing)、不(bu)(bu)懈怠,做(zuo)(zuo)到抗戰與暖心并舉(ju)、防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)與育人結合,做(zuo)(zuo)到保護自(zi)己、關(guan)愛學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),全面(mian)提(ti)升(sheng)自(zi)身專(zhuan)業(ye)化、職業(ye)化能力。號召全體(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)正確看待(dai)疫(yi)情、服從防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)大局(ju),了(le)解防(fang)(fang)(fang)疫(yi)知識、加(jia)強個人防(fang)(fang)(fang)護,合理(li)安排假期、及時報告實(shi)情。二是通過微信、微博、QQ等媒體(ti)(ti)平臺,做(zuo)(zuo)好(hao)(hao)正面(mian)引導(dao),宣(xuan)講有關(guan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong)政策和措(cuo)施(shi),引導(dao)全員理(li)性認識,科學(xue)(xue)防(fang)(fang)(fang)控(kong)(kong),消(xiao)除恐慌,不(bu)(bu)信謠、不(bu)(bu)傳謠,維護良好(hao)(hao)網絡輿論環(huan)境。
重點關注,細致入微。一是(shi)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作管(guan)理系(xi)統查到籍(ji)貫、戶口所在(zai)地、生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源地在(zai)湖北(bei)省的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)共有(you)18人(ren),當(dang)天即通(tong)知(zhi)各(ge)系(xi)安(an)排輔(fu)導員(yuan)、班主任采取電話、微(wei)信、QQ等方式逐一聯(lian)系(xi)并落實(shi)(shi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)當(dang)前情況(kuang),給予他們(men)足夠的(de)(de)關心和(he)(he)關懷,指(zhi)導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)個人(ren)防控(kong)措施。二是(shi)制定了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情防控(kong)預案,成立(li)了(le)留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)自管(guan)會,負責監督各(ge)位留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)體溫測量、外出報告(gao)等防控(kong)事(shi)宜,及(ji)時掌握每位學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)情況(kuang),按時向(xiang)教(jiao)(jiao)育廳(ting)、出入境(jing)管(guan)理局和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院上報留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)身體狀(zhuang)況(kuang)和(he)(he)人(ren)員(yuan)流動情況(kuang),加強留(liu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)疫情宣傳和(he)(he)新冠(guan)病(bing)毒的(de)(de)防護(hu)教(jiao)(jiao)育。三是(shi)密(mi)切(qie)聯(lian)系(xi)濟南鐵路局等學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)習單位做(zuo)好(hao)(hao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)實(shi)(shi)習安(an)排,叫停(ting)一切(qie)寒假(jia)社會實(shi)(shi)踐活動和(he)(he)志愿服務(wu)活動,撤回所有(you)參與社會實(shi)(shi)踐和(he)(he)志愿服務(wu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),確保學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)平安(an)健(jian)康。
心理疏導,居家戰“疫”。一是(shi)全體輔導員、班主(zhu)(zhu)任采取打電話、微(wei)(wei)信、QQ等方式與(yu)每名學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)保持密切聯系(xi),及時準確掌握動(dong)態(tai),及時做好(hao)心理疏導,及時傳達(da)學(xue)(xue)院精(jing)神,及時上(shang)(shang)報異常情況(kuang),引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)遵(zun)守學(xue)(xue)院相關規定,未經批(pi)準不提前返校(xiao)。二是(shi)學(xue)(xue)院大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)心理健康中心在微(wei)(wei)信公眾(zhong)號(hao)推出了“宅(zhai)(zhai)家(jia)(jia)攻略”,引(yin)導學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)通過(guo)聽音(yin)樂緩釋(shi)情緒(xu)、居(ju)家(jia)(jia)運(yun)動(dong)增強(qiang)抵(di)抗力、與(yu)書戀愛(ai)充實精(jing)神生(sheng)(sheng)活、網上(shang)(shang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)做好(hao)知識儲備、關注權威(wei)發布(bu)明辨是(shi)非、鍛(duan)煉廚藝提升(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)活能(neng)力等方式“宅(zhai)(zhai)家(jia)(jia)生(sheng)(sheng)活”,做好(hao)居(ju)家(jia)(jia)、飲食、個(ge)人(ren)等的衛生(sheng)(sheng)防疫(yi)工(gong)作。三(san)是(shi)開展(zhan)了大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)居(ju)家(jia)(jia)戰(zhan)“疫(yi)”生(sheng)(sheng)活短(duan)視(shi)頻評選活動(dong),設置學(xue)(xue)習(xi)閱讀(du)篇(pian)(pian)、居(ju)家(jia)(jia)運(yun)動(dong)篇(pian)(pian)、娛樂休閑篇(pian)(pian)、勞(lao)動(dong)美食篇(pian)(pian)等四個(ge)主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti),通過(guo)征(zheng)集展(zhan)示各種有趣(qu)短(duan)視(shi)頻,傳播(bo)陽光正能(neng)量,激發學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)對學(xue)(xue)習(xi)、生(sheng)(sheng)活、運(yun)動(dong)等的興趣(qu),轉移(yi)不良情緒(xu),培養(yang)大家(jia)(jia)積極向上(shang)(shang)的生(sheng)(sheng)活態(tai)度。
